The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) for the Southwest Area Master Plan voted to move the Waveland Triangle Concept into the "Has consensus toward recommendation" category, which means that the full board will be presented with a master plan (20-30 year strategic plan) for Waveland Triangle that includes two clay tennis courts.  

This means that the official MPRB strategic vision for Waveland Triangle includes two clay tennis courts if the full board votes to adopt the recommendation of the CAC.

The CAC also decided to eliminate the half basketball court and the sport court in this concept, so the clay court will stand alone, something the neighborhood pushed for.
